User Conduct and Prohibitions Against Deep Fakes:

Users must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Specifically, the use of SYLLAB AI services, including the AudioScribe bundle, to create or disseminate deep fake content is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service and legal action if applicable.
Illegal Activity:

Engagement in illegal activities on SYLLAB AI is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation or distribution of deep fake content.
General disclaimer clause:

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release SYLLAB AI (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
